Enkeyn seyts

These are the largest seyts currently on Tey’shar. There are also smaller seyts and new ones being created every so often, and these will be added as time permits. Most Enkeyns adopted out through Kenist Miana will belong to one of these seyts or be seytless.










Physical TraitsVery shaggy with larger than average foot tufts. Usually compact and bulky, with small ears.
ColorsGrey, white, black.
MarkingsSpots and speckles.
Social TendenciesVery quiet and aloof. Generally only found in very small groups.
Preferred HabitatMountain terrain, caves.
Defining FeatureClaws and horns that are actually made out of stone. A Stone Enkeyn must ingest small pebbles or rock flakes to ensure good claw and horn health.

Physical TraitsShort fur, usually with vestigial or no wings. Long and thin, almost ‘stretched’ in appearance. Built for climbing rather than flying.
ColorsMostly green with a variety of other colors.
MarkingsAsymmetrical patterns, such as marbling or paint.
Social TendenciesSociable, energetic, and playful!
Preferred HabitatForested areas, the warmer the better.
Defining FeatureA feathered crest on the head.

Physical TraitsVery short fur and a standard body type. Tails are usually tufted and wings are average to large in size.
ColorsWashed-out fire and earth colors, white.
MarkingsBack and wings are always white.
Social TendenciesNomadic and disinclined to settle anywhere for an extended period of time. Very welcoming of outsiders, but only if they’re tough enough to last in the desert.
Preferred HabitatWarm, dry areas.
Defining FeatureLarge back-swept ears, large feet with furred soles.

Physical TraitsLean and long-limbed with shortish fur. Males generally sport a leonine mane while females have an equine mane. Both males and females have a pair of long, spiraling horns.
ColorsGreens, browns, golds, and blues.
MarkingsGradients and faded points.
Social TendenciesCurious and intelligent, always listening for news and information and willing to trade for both. Grass Enkeyns were some of the first to venture outside Tey’shar.
Preferred HabitatLarge, open areas.
Defining FeatureA pair of long, spiraling horns.

Physical TraitsAs fluffy as they come! Large feet, small ears, and overall stocky and compact.
ColorsSnow Enkeyns go through two color phases, one for winter and one for summer. The winter phase is white all over, sometimes with a bare hint of other colors. The summer phase is mottled browns.
MarkingsNone for winter phase, mottled for summer phase.
Social TendenciesSolitary and quiet, with a tendency to be territorial.
Preferred HabitatCold areas.
Defining FeatureDifferent summer and winter coloration.
