As our racers continue, it looks like we have our first placings this next round.

Awakening performs a Grab, flaring out her wings to amaze the audience (+1 bonus)

Our totals for this jump are:

3 Spins
3 Grabs
Flips were the most common so they receive 1 point. As Spins and Grabs tied for most unique so are therefore average and both receive 2 points.

Delicate performs a Spin
Scarlet performs a Grab
Galaxy performs a Spin

Lift: 3

Frost: 6
Awakening: 4

And with this round we have our first and second placings. It was a close finish, but Parting crossed just ahead to earn 3 Points, with Galaxy receiving 2.

And as all final racers complete the last jump, we also have a rush to the finish to claim that final placing. Things got a little hectic, but out of the snow our final placings are as follows, Scarlet claims third and that coveted point, followed by Turning, Mystic, and Lift.

Awakening performs a Flip
Spice attempts a grab, but her wings catch the wind at the last moment and she takes a tumble into the soft snow at the bottom of the jump.

Our totals for this jump are:
3 Flips
4 Spins
2 Grabs
Grabs were the most unique and earn 3 points, followed by Flips with 2 points. Spins were the most common and receive 1 point.

Delicate: 5
Lift: 4
Scarlet: 7
Frost: 8
Awakening: 6
Spice: 4
Parting: 6
Galaxy: 5
Turning: 8

Wow! Go Frost, way to go! Good strategy on the tricks!

Congrats to the other winners as well! This is definitely an interesting way to race, where speed isn't everything.

Thanks for racing and joining me for the race everyone! Also, I find it interesting that the results could have been slightly different if poor Spice hadn't got caught in the wind as the grabs would have then been equal to the flips for that final jump changing the point totals!
