Gyre: *blinks, then sees Gem out in the field and prances anxiously* Oh, be cayreful my deayr, be cayreful! *gets nudged* Oh, um...do ouyr Song pyroud. *frets*

*pokes Jewel and Flare to stop their 'debating' and go do some stretches*

It's interesting watching those two stretch and warm up... Even if they can't fly in their events (or anyways most likely), they still spread allll those wings out and stretch them too. Wings are useful for propelling one's self along underwater too.

Jewel: *flaps vigorously while twisting all around to make sure she's warmed up and flexible*

Flare: *flutters his wings irritably while stretching deeply*

*Challenge hisses at the winners as they stride by, almost going after them, but a large stallion "bouncer" blocks her way. She mumbles to herself and goes to sit next to Slice, still eyeing the winners balefully*
