Breeding modium question

If there are two people... and they are the two owners of the two sams being tried for for breeding... are they able to use one mondium from each person?

Like... Say I have a Rarity modium and a Trait Modium... and my friend has a breeding modium... are they able to give permission to let me use their breeding modium? and if successful and a twin is created they each get one?

Answer to first question:

There is a limit of two Modiems per breeding, with the exception of rarity Modiems, which are unlimited.

So essentially that means you may only use 2 modiems as a base, either different types or the same. If you are using rarity modiems however, they are an exception and there can be more than one used, within the 2 modiem base. Now for some examples:

Allowed:
1 trait + 1 rarity = rare trait
1 trait + 3 rarities = very rare trait
1 trait + 5 rarities = new trait
1 breeding + 1 trait = random trait of any rarity
2 breeding = twins

Not Allowed:
1 trait + 5 breeding
1 trait + 3 pattern
1 breeding, 1 rarity and 1 trait
2 breeding, 1 rarity and 1 trait /= twins with a rare trait

And the second:

This is a one-time use item that can be used when applying for a breeding. If the breeding is successful, the foal(s) will receive one of the following traits, determined randomly:

- Feathered wings (single, double, or seraphim)
- Antlers
- Fluffy
- Extended foot-tufts
- Perennial growth (pine)
