Samanayrs

I don't know about you, but we need some help getting spring started here (I'm envious of the early spring at the Song of the Rainbow Hotsprings)! Can you help us out by finding and taking photos of some very spring-y things? Maybe that will get the sun out and encourage the snow to hit the road!

Your task is to take a photo of each of the items on the list! Two winners will be randomly selected, one for each of the Samanayrs in this pair:
The winner of the stallion will need to form a Song with the mare, but it's up to the owners whether it will be a pair Song or open to other mares as well.

In addition, all entrants will receive a random modiem, and other random prizes may be given out as well

Here's the list of things that you'll need to get photos of:

1 - A blossoming flower
2 - Something warm and bright
3 - Green grass and/or plants
4 - A baby something
5 - Flowing water

Just remember that the list doesn't need to be taken completely literally. For example, if you don't have any actual babies hanging around your place, you could use a baby animal figurine or something like that instead

Rules!

- In each photo, please include a piece of paper with your username on it.
- The photos don't need to be taken around your house, they could be at work or just out wherever, as long as you take them yourself!
- If your photos are very large and you're unable to resize, please link to them instead.
- To enter the draw, just post all of your photos in this thread!
- This event is taking place on PI and the Sam forum, so please just post your photos in one of those places.
- You are welcome to edit your post before the end of the event.

Bright gold doggie who is quite toasty warm when he decides to curl up with you. He wasn't quite sure what I was doing with the camera and kept moving to look at me funny...

We just had what is hopefully the last snow of the season...so all the outdoor water is frozen over. Have a sink instead.

My fat cat is always warm >| unless he's wet...then not so much, but he was totally stretching and posing for the picture. XD

This one was also going to be a a warm and bright - but I completely forgot about the name paper so XD sadly, there hasn't been a day as bright as that one was since... (3/5/13)

Beanie Babies! The fish was my brothers, the wolf is because I like wolves, and the rat is my Chinese zodiac creature XD I have two humongous bags full of Beanie Babies at my grandmothers house, but these ones live with me full time XD

This one was going to be my baby pic but I couldn't do that since it had no username card paper bit XD I wanted to show the adorable puppy-Gus off anyway XD

It was snowing when I took that XD and it still is snowing...

Just a look outside for anyone to be interested in (you'll have to click XD) - these following shots were taken this morning (not the grass one though XD)
This was about the largest patch of green near my home, here is snow, and MORE snow (that little yellow house is the one that had green-ish grass showing). And then the poor bushes being weighed down by more snow. (and then two photogenic shots with the Beanie Babies XD)

-Gigglesnorts- Jen! xD Ill be having to do the same thing! I have been so busy with work and my mom that I just dont have time to get out and find this stuff D8 so! My office is the best place actually because I work for a event planning company! So we have flowers and all that... babies... ._.; not so much BUT!... oh ya... I got this...

I had to work with what I had at... WORK! So... My flower in bloom is on my trusty tissue box (ive been sick )
Something warm is a picture of one of the events we set up for a client at the hotel, the candles are warm and inviting but the flowers are so colorful and bright
The baby is my boss's baby! :3 I get to see him every day. Hes the cutest kid!
The flowing water is a "fountain" that is in the lobby of the hotel. It is a circle. Water is pushed out the top and drips down the sides. COOLEST THING, is that the water NEVER drips except at the bottom! The water defies gravity and hugs the circle till it gets to the bottom of the circular fountain thingy... its really neat.
The grass is a fake LOOKING plant but is actually VERY real

My colorful sari! That teal is far brighter in person than this picture suggests...and wearing yards upon yards of fabric at the same time is usually warm enough.

Just look at that green metal ivy grow! I'm not sure if sprouting a dead leaf with someone's name on it is a promising sign though... ^^

I'm not sure why my camera hates my hatching baby turtle so much; he's much more adorable than that blurry mess would suggest. *smiles*

Swimming fish and ripple marks means flowing water, yes? I'm going with yes. *crooked grin*

Ahh, looks like signs of spring are in the air Thanks for all of your spring-y images! Unfortunately I'm not sure they worked to get spring going here, it's sunny right now but we have snow in the forecast for the rest of the week ;______;
