Holly Hair Clip?

Anyone have an example of what this looks like equipped or any idea if it does anything once equipped?

I think the Holly Hair Clip is just an accessory that looks really nice.

And as far as I can tell, this is the only Sam that has one equipped:

Fit her waaay too well not to equip it.
