The Race

Clear Skies

This is a flying course set above the Song of the Rainbow Hotsprings. The forecast is clear with no clouds in sight. As this is a flying race, entrants must be able to fly.

There are 10 spots open for this race.

- One modiem of choice
- One random modiem

Second place

- Second Place Ribbon
- One modiem of choice

Third place

- Third Place Ribbon
- One random modiem

Apply to Race

The apply for a race spot, send a PM to my account, silvermoondragon (pm’s sent to Sushidragon may get missed), with the subject as Clear Skies and the following form filled out:

Like Cosmic said, anyone who doesn't have a winged sam are welcome to using one of mine, just let me know XD; everyone of my wing'd sams are open except for Purgatory!

As the starting bell sounds, many of our racers leap into flight pushing to the front in a burst of speed. And in their haste, our first obstacle is revealed. A few rogue spell-casters appear to be hiding in the bushes below firing off spells and fireballs directly into the path of the race.

The spellcasters tie up a few of our racers, but other dodge right through, pushing on to the finish.

Our next round shows a rather evenly spaced out race for the moment, but things can change at any moment. Who knows when the next obstacle will appear!

As most racers make their way through the crows, our leaders make it to the final obstacle. Oh no, someone messed up the race directions and placed the sign pointing in the wrong direction. Will our racers find their way back to the course?

As soon as the mistake was discovered, race volunteers were sent out to find and guide our racers back to the course but how will this affect the results?

Two race volunteers look at one another and suddenly ask, "Hey, we've been looking for those lead astray by the sign, but did anyone yremember to fix the sign?" Oops! They go fix the sign and send out another wave of volunteers to find the lost Samanayrs.
During this confusion, one Samanayr has managed to find his way to the finish without too much trouble. Constellation crosses the finish line and claims first prize.
