Unsure of Traits: Feathered Tufts, Giant Wings, Hooked Snout, Double Horns
Definitely: Ignis, Triple Hooves, Talons, Solid Eyes, Head Mane, Double Wings, Combination Wings (Draconic x Feathered)
Possibly: Vestigial Wings (Feathered), Horn Nubs, Reduced Foot Tufts
Not sure if the combo wings are giant or not, also not sure of her snout. Also not sure if those are feather tufts converted to ignis, or reduced tufts!

Glimmer of the Gilt Ruby
Just a few ideas, she seems like a very mysterious and dramatic lady to me, and the contrast between the fiery reds and yellows and the shadowy blues and purples is really striking and unique.
