Samanayrs

Isn't it normal to just call them Samanayrs when it's a hybrid of species? XDDD

In the DB they're listed as Hybrid, but the image tag itself should say Samanayr-Lamanayr hybrid/cross. Can't remember which it is XD

I did mess up the tags, they should be Samanayr-Lamanayr crosses XD I'll fix it in a bit.

Yep! Cosmic traded me two breeding modiems to use for this breeding in order to guarantee twins. That way we could each receive a baby in a commission-style breeding, which is a 100% success rate.

*giggles* Very yes. What I like to do when I get twins from Sushi is come up with two names while they're still foals and give them to her. That way she assigns them based on how the adult images look and I don't know who will have which until they come out.

That's an excellent way to do it! :O
Hehe, so I got a Jennalyn original name then, huh? Awesome!

*giggle* That's one way to look at it, yes! With breedings, I love picking two bits from the parents' names and then coming up with the third. That way it's original but still a nod to their heritage. Bonus points if the first word of the name isn't the first word of any other Sam in the database.

It's been a week since the foals were born, and so it's about time for them to grow up. Or should I wait until the birthday stuff is over?

This time around, owners are allowed to name their own foals When coming up with a name, please don't forget the Samanayr naming rules - all Samanayr names are in the format of "Something of the Something Something" Some examples are Glint of the Ice Prism, Fading of Summer Skies, and Glory of the Brilliant Sun.

When you've come up with a name for your foal, please send me a PM with the subject "Samanayr naming" and in the PM please include your Samanayr's ID and the name you've come up with it. You have one week to let me know the name for your Samanayr - once a week has passed, I'll be naming all of the remaining unnamed Sams

And as we all know, Photobucket likes to be a pain, so you may have to refresh the images a few times for them to appear as adults o_x
