And I did start a little RP, though right now Chirp is not being interesting as she just wants a nice soak. But feel free to go play, and bring in more Sams just there for the celebration!

I sketched up a bunch of the NPCs in mine while I was working on it.

Which, uh, may be related to its incompleteness in some way. Eheh.

Oooh, I really like that red one in the center and the two next to him.

I finally have some time to work on my entry again. I know it won't count, but I want to let those who might be interested know how it ends, at least. Hopefully I'll get it finished today. I'm not sure where I should post it, though.

Ugh, I hate it when life suddenly decides that, no, I'm not doing what I thought I could. I signed up, then missed the whole event. Grr. Anyway, all the entries look great. Good luck everyone!

Phew. Alright. I have the rough notes from the judges and myself organized and compiled. Here are the results. I hope that everyone had fun with this contest, however long it took to conclude! The depths many of you went to portray the Samanayr world just staggered me, and the judge who wasn't associated with the Sam world was suitably impressed and curious!

Here are the three 'main prizes' of the event. First place claims first prize, etc.

First place goes to AsaraDragon and Lagoon.
Second place goes to Origami_Dragon and Chirp.
Third place goes to Echos and Darer.

Ooh, wow! Thank you! I'm glad you guys enjoyed Chirp's adventure tale! I know I had fun writing it. The little scamp just ran away with it. And then reading all the stories was fun as well!

And...even with two choices left...it's a tough choice... I think I'd like the kreenasa dragonet though please. He's lovely! Though I have no idea which Sam to equip him to...might just have to go with Chirp though since she won him.

Congratulations to the winners! These are fantastic prizes; however, I believe the real prize was the priceless opportunity to read everybody's stories, delving deeper into the world of the Samanayrs. They were captivating-- I enjoyed reading all of them.
