I don't think it's something that could be gotten wrong. It's more that the less cards being used, the less likely certain combinations can actually appear if it's just any possible combination possible. But if you made them yourself, I'm assuming you only made one for every option on each card, so they'll all come up eventually. It's just random as to when and during which game.

Actually, I think it is something that could be goofed on! Since B goes from numbers... 1 through 15, I goes from 16 through 30, and so on. I've run games before, and I've goofed cards with a number under a wrong letter. XD
