I know a bunch of you (or at least a few of you) play WoW. I let my account expire ages ago, but I got a thing today that says I have a week of free time so I thought I'd play it for a week, since I'm done NaNo now and all XD

My only character is Horde on Mok'Nathal, but I could always start up a new character on another server - it'd be nice to have people to play with! Where is everyone else on WoW?

I must add that I'm an extremely casual player, I've never been in a guild and I've never done a raid before XD

Those are my main ones on those servers. I try to keep it to one or two servers as I wont neglect anything or anyone. ^_^ I do have a guild of my own that I run with my sister Codress. It is on the Draenor Server and is called : Ifudayre (If You Dare) but pronounced smoothly it sounds elvish. ^_^;; tis a double meaning.

BUT I am the Guild Master on there and I have 5 guild tabs and over 3k gold in there for repairs. My guild has done no raids yet *We are waiting for specific people in our guild to lvl higher so we can ALL go. ^_^ My guild does alot of stuff together* but we do heroics all the time.

Id love to play with you on either faction! Just let me know if youd like to join my guild or meet up with my hordies ^_^ Im not too hardcore I just like to go on and talk to friends and guildies and what not. I like it for the GAME it is. :3 I dont go too crazy. lol

All of my Cenarion Circle characters are in the same guild (Rusty Blades), we raid from time to time, mostly 10-mans, though we're working on an alliance with another guild to be able to run 25-mans also. They're very cool, and always happy to welcome new people. A good majority of them are from Canada too. I'm an officer, so if you hop on over, give me a shout and I can get you an invite if you want one. They also just formed a guild horde-side, so that people who want to play on horde can still be in a guild with people they're used to playing with.

If you come a-hunting me, look for Caelatria, Saraabi, or Micayla on CC, or Grassila on Hakkar, they're getting the bulk of my play time these days!

I've edited because this is pretty out of date! I've server transferred Mezzaluna over to CC as well, and leveled up quite a few people!

Unfortunately I started getting into playing my old character, so I've been soloing with my Tauren Hunter on Mok'nathal XD; Sorry!

I saw my first dragon today O_O I was in Feralas and heard someone yell, so I looked up the name on Thottbot, and it was a dragon. Of course I had to go check it out.. dragons are biiiiiig XD

My main server is Thorium Brotherhood, alliance. i have a bunch of chars all over the place, though, amazingly, not on any of the above mentioned servers. xD;;;; My main is Jalfurne, 80 NE Boomkin! Which means druid. Yes. xD;

Jal has his own guild, Runs With Scissors. *Coughs* xD;

We run with someone else's guild to raid and wotnot because there are only 3 80s in Scissors. xD;;;; Man, i love this game. i'm going to miss it whilst on hiatus. T__T;

Boogers, I must have missed you!
I spent a good portion of last week on my dwarf rogue, trying to help people out with their "turn rogues into turkeys" achievement. I did get the Pilgrim title for my hunter, who is my resident collector and Achievement go-to girl. AND a Swift Razzashi Raptor on Thanksgiving day, thanks to hubby coming out to ZG with me every week to try for new mounts. I almost passed out when it dropped. SQUEEEE!!!

I've never played WoW just cause of the money (that and I find it super confusing) but you all have me seriously tempted to try now. Does anyone know if you can a free trial without owning the game?

If you decide to keep going with it after you have to pay for the actual game and then monthly, but the trial is completely free and offers most of the game features.

Yes sushi is right! You are able to do the freeday thing anytime.

Its not that bad of a price when you think about it. Its 15 a month or if you buy more time at a time its cheaper but its upfront ;P Thats the kicker.

I have some friends who play every other month. And some who play religously o.o and I mean like a real religion. o.< BUT! I play happily when I have the money and when I have internet >_< Which I dont now... BUT ill have on thursday

Ok I downloaded the trial but have no idea which realm to choose. I was going to try Cen Circle but since it is an rp realm are there any rules I'd need to follow for that server?

RP realm means (for the most part) that when you post in /Say you post in character. Most people download add-ons like MyRolePlay (lets you give your character a last name, background, etc. for outside people to read, also gives RP flags) from Wow Curse or QuestHelper (if they want some help on the quests).

What Steele said. Although it's not required to RP, it's just a place set aside for those who would -like- to RP to congregate. My guild, for example, does not do a lot of RP. The only real restriction is that the naming rules are enforced a little more strongly.
