The Aftermath of the Hunt

Yup.
Said I was going to do this, and so I shall, but it may be a slow process. But here, after a little sketching and then some inking because Gem's legs wouldn't go right and I gave up, and then realising mystic's vestigial's look like butt-wings and kicking myself for both for a while, here are the first two sketches. :3



Next up is Darer. :3 Gotta decide on a spot before I get his rough sketch in.
Yes. I am fail. I warned you all. >.>

P.S. Mystic has his 'third strand' in his beak, and Gem has the tusk around her neck in the little bag she carried it in in celestial's story. :]

Awww...I have no idea what you're talking about. I see no fail! You did gorgeously on Mystic's wings! I think it's a wonderful picture of them! And a frontal view of Mystic, which is always a tricky way to draw animals for me. I think you're off to a great start and I'm looking forwards to seeing the rest of the seekers!

Cosmic, they both look fantastic! You got their expressions down pat, and Mystic is dazzling with all of those details.

I'm eagerly sitting on the sidelines waiting to see the other searchers with their items. There's no rush, though!

Well. >.> I haven't had a whole lot of time in the last month, and my scanner died on top of all the insanity, but it's started to all calm down now, and we've fixed the scanner (again) so here's an update!
Mystic and Gem have been inked, and I've just started to ink Darer.



From left to right;
Cloak of Bashful Snow (with dagger), Mystic of the Iridescent Skies (with strand), Gem of the Scattered Skies (with tusk), Darer of the Deepest Forest (with feather), Fury of the Cheated Hunter (with coal), Chirp of the Harmonic Echo (with leaves), Sway of Ancient Plains (with headband), Mystic of the Dark Echo (with hollow hoof in bag), and the Lagoon (with woven shells) underneath. :3
9 down, only 6 more to go... I think I need more paper though. XD

Oooh, this is turning out beautifully so far! So much detail on all those complicated wings. And Chirp looks so happy! Despite everything. She's so silly... Such a lovely bunch of treasure hunters!
