Im not a small girl, by far. Im 6'1 and i weigh 211lbs as of now. Ive started to go running with my friend jose for the past few weeks and just doesnt seem to be doing much for me, not like it used to.
Im thinking of swimming and doing other such activities that actually work out, MY ENTIRE BODY. You see... im lazy, and I dont like to do ANYTHING, except sams and wow that is

I dont mine LONG activities, so if it takes a while to do it, im ok with that. I dont like to get TOO sweaty, the occasional.. ok, but hard core monsoon lagoon, its raining on your head... NO... Cant do it. lol
I about died from 1 mile! lol I need your help guys! Share your work out knowledge and what has worked for you and why. Ill throw in some of my technices that helped me lose the weight without ever even moving myself forward. lol Yay for laziness! :3
