Can a song change its Types?

I was wondering something. If someone where to make a closed song would it be possibly for the song to be opened at a later time if all the users within the song agree to it?

I know I've changed one of my Songs from Open to Semi-Open when I added a new mare who wanted permission in breeding, so I don't see why you couldn't change a Song from Closed to Open, it would just depend on the members of the song agreeing.

Open = Samanayrs are free to breed, no permission required
Semi-Open = Some Samanayrs may require permission to breed
Closed = All Samanayrs require permission to breed
Pair = Only 2 Samanayrs, one mare and one stallion

For Pair songs, you might need to note in it's description if it's an open pair, closed pair, or semi too XD
