Well, I finally retrieve my password and log into the forums, and what's the first thing I see? *waves frantically* Uny, Jennalyn - we've "Jenn"ed you for so long dear, I'd almost forgotten how your full username was spelt! - Thalron, Nathalia, Sera, BP - dearest BP, Eee! Long time no see! - And was that Chao? I think I spot Nyx and Tigs, too. What a surprise! Is there any place on the 'net with adoptables where y'all do not go? *GLOMPS everyone...repeatedly*

Yes, I know my screen name is going to be confusing, but honestly, I reg(istere)d before the change, and frankly, have no clue how to go about the switch, particularly as my PonyIsland account is still running the 'Aurryinne' handle, and I'm going to be giving the adoptable owners I stalk a headache with the changeover.

SushiDragon & SoV: Please forgive the introduction that is not an introduction, I know these people previously, from another part time stalk or two (or three) that we share. *snug* Good to see you two, too!

Er, for the remaining people who don't really know me, I'm Jun (pronounced Gin). My screen name was Aurryinne circa 2003 - 2009. You may recognise the name in passing, especially if you stalk adoptables. I mainly the NRBC (now on hiatus), SOD (co-admin by Nat & Jen) and BR (Indy) full time, although I do also moonlight part time. I came late on the scene, in 2005, at 20, with the NRBC, and made many n00b mistakes, before I finally learned how old school adoptables work. I like to think I'm doing better now, even though I still fail at character making, and RP.

These guys have been one of my online loves for years now, since just about the first time I found the magic of the intarwebz at my parents' house. Skysong and Myrror... the owners of the sites I couldn't stop stalking when I was eleven. xD

Yes, i've been stalking Sams for awhile, too, though i had a super long cyberpet hiatus. xD; *glomps Jenn* Man, i love Myr's stuff too. xD;; i need to figure out which comp has my adoption site for her so i can get it moved to the new domain. @__@;

Name changes are really hard. ^^;; i've know Sushi as Skysong for years, but when i came here all i heard was 'Sushi', so i'm making an effort to swap over, but i think 'Skysong' first every time. xD; Same thing with Chao. ^^;;; She's Xenon now, but she will always be Chao to me. xD;; If i wanted to do a name change, i'd likely start introducing myself as that, but simply accept that those who've known you for a long time will likely stick with the name they've known. ^^;;

NRBC is the Nowhere Realm Battle Coalition... we created a couple species that battled each other and you could add items to make them battle better. Was really cool before Indy lost time to work on it. What is SOD and BR?

The Nowhere Realm Battle Coalition. lol Indyslayer made some battle pups, the Eorlan, who grew with items and RP and you battled other trainers, either in actual fights, or beauty shows, or even races. It eventually expanded and some others made creatures as well-- notably the Iern--Rabbitish-- which Jenn took over running, and the Naisuk-- bears-- which Bright Promise did.

It was a lot of fun, actually. xD i rather miss the NRBC, though i wasn't active even there towards the end. xD;

BR is Indy's Bishen Realm, and SoD is Suits of Decadence, a combination RP/cyberpet site that has become much larger than Nathalia and I had originally thought it would. xD The focus has definitely shifted from the cyberpet aspect to the RP aspect throughout the course of the site. It's coming up on almost two years now, I think? Hehe.

Is BR more active now and I haven't seen it? I look on the NRBC forums all the time and I haven't seen any BR activity. *reminds self to update BR stories.... >_> ... <_< ... *

I think that Indy usually sends out email notifications for the Bishen, or posts it on her livejournal. I can't remember which.

I don't think anyone ever called me 'Aurryinne'. Mostly Rynnie. Ryn is actually the Welsh translation for my Chinese name, a name I adopted while I was passing through a phase, and fancied myself Otherkin. >>;

For some reason, I outgrew my entire derived name, but not the original. Probably because language barrier aside, the name holds true on both sides.

If you take my Chinese name, , and remove the surname, , and the generational name, , you get my name.

translates approximately to ruler, if you discount the other meanings, which are masculine terms.

BP: Sorry for the confusion. Indy recently completed my 2006 commission, and the new dragon has me very excited about the BR and NRBC, suddenly.
