Sa'kriens and Mystics

Okay so I know that sa'krien don't (can't?) form Songs with Mystics and that pairings between them are generally unpleasant encounters. The only instance I can think of is Jenn's Spike and her Mystic which resulted in Misery.

My question is, would it be possible for a sa'krien to be a parent to a mystic through use of Modiems? With either a magical or non-magic species?

I had to think about this for a minute because usually modiems completely override the species of the parents, unless it's for something like a Mystic, which adds that on top of the parents' species. In this instance I would say that the chance of Sa'krien for the foal would be cancelled out by the modiem use, so the foal would be a Mystic with no chance of Misery.

Sure, that makes sense. And also kinda answers a secondary question- is it possible in any situation to have a sa'krien Mystic. Since there's a sa'krien Healer we know they aren't inherently incapable of magical affiliation, but I guess the good and selfless nature of Mystic Magic isn't compatible with sa'krien genetics?

You can't have a Sa'krien Mystic because that equals a Misery, is the problem XD
