Still fairly new info! - Each breeding form can now have a primary and secondary set of modiems! Each set is limited to two Modiems, with the exception of rarity Modiems, which are unlimited. The primary set can be any combination of Modiems while the secondary set can only include color, pattern, and/or rarity Modiems.
In addition to the free breeding slots, there will be 3 paid guaranteed breeding slots! If you purchase one of these, your breeding is guaranteed to be successful, although you won't be able to use modiems that would result in multiple births. Random multiples are still possible, though, and you have the option to pay a little more for guaranteed twins
And in addition to the 10 free and 3 paid slots, there will be 5 extra slots just for people who haven't had a successful breeding in the past year, be it from breeding season, draw, or token. If you haven't had a successful breeding since and including June 2016, add " - hopeful!" to the end of the subject of your application post! For example, I would post something like "Sushidragon's breeding form - hopeful!" if I hadn't had a successful breeding in that time. This does not include foals that were gifted to you from other people.
In summary: 10 free slots, 3 guaranteed paid slots, 5 free hopeful slots = 18 slots total!
If your pair were successful last breeding season (January 2017), you're welcome to apply for this season. However, your odds of getting a slot will be less than those who didn't have a successful breeding last time (50% less). If you do get a slot, your pair's chance of success will be calculated the usual way.

Don't forget the 'no foals' success modifier! If you apply with a Song that has no foals, the pair's chance of a successul breeding is increased by 10%. This adds up with the Mystic bonus or Misery penalty too!
