What an event! This year turned out to be even larger than last year, which resulted in an even hundred tickets. We clocked in at 64 new breeding pairs for the month of May, which means a total of 128 tickets for random prizes! I’m blown away by the enthusiasm of the community’s response and I’m looking forward to rolling up prizes very soon. I typed everything up beforehand, so I’ll just get cracking on filling in the blanks.

This year’s Grand Sekkrit Sushi Prize introduces a brand new item to the site – a Twin Breeding Token! This item guarantees a successful breeding with the winning pair resulting in twin foals, one for each owner. The person whose name was picked as the winner gets to choose their foal, leaving the second for the other parent’s owner.

Just PM Sushi when you’re ready with any additional items or modiems you might be throwing into the breeding. (And yes, one big advantage of this type of token is that you can use other modiems in conjunction with the promise of twins...! I know this is something that several of you have longed for in the past.)

I'm so happy to see the twin breeding token. I hoard breeding modiems because every time I get into a breeding, I want to "share the love"; I don't want to be the only one ending up with a foal, as much as I love them. I hope we'll be seeing more of these tokens handed out in the future!

I just love the love-pair pets this year! The firebirds are so freeking adorable! I love the expression on the male, and the subtle patterning on the female. Congrats oak and lv! The dragonet pair is just too cute, I love the teeny tiny tail on the female, and the giant (horn? feather?) crest on the male.
